American Future Fuel Corporation is a Canadian-based resource company focused on the strategic acquisition, exploration and development of alternative energy projects. The Company holds a 100% interest in the Cebolleta Uranium Project, located in Cibola County, New Mexico, USA, and situated within the Grants Mineral Belt, a prolific mineral belt responsible for approximately 37% of all Uranium produced in the United States of America. American Future Fuel’s Cebolleta Uranium project is an advanced exploration project with an historical resource estimate of approximately 18.98 million pounds of U₃O₈.

With substantial experience in finance & mining, the management team have previously developed mining projects from grass-roots to divesture. The company is currently focused on advancing towards feasibility and is proud to be a part of North America’s clean energy future.

Patrick Morris

Mr. Suda brings 15 years of capital markets experience to the company, along with strong relationships and expertise in corporate strategy, capital raising, sustainability performance and marketing. Mr. Suda is a finance professional that has previously served as managing director at both Beacon Securities Ltd., a global investment bank, and Paradigm Capital, a research-driven investment dealer. He has been instrumental in raising over $10-billion for private and public companies across both roles. Throughout his career in the capital markets, Mr. Suda established strong relationships with institutional managers. Mr. Suda is a graduate, with honours, of York University where he earned a bachelor’s degree in environmental studies.

Balderson has over 20 years of capital markets experience, having worked for both private and public corporations. He is a senior officer and director of several TSX Venture Exchange and Canadian Securities Exchange-listed companies. Balderson is the president of Harmony Corporate Services Ltd, a private consulting company that advises public companies, and provides accounting, filing and corporate secretarial services to a multitude of publicly listed companies. Prior to his years in private business, Balderson was an investment advisor at Union Securities and Georgia Pacific Securities Corp. He is a University of British Columbia Marketing and Sales Management graduate.

Mr. Shacker is a seasoned professional with nearly a decade of expertise in capital markets and finance. As a successful entrepreneur and e-commerce expert, he steered a company to achieve sales exceeding $30 million in 2020 and surpassing $100 million since its founding. Presently, Mr. Shacker holds the position of CEO and director at Core One Labs Inc., a biotechnology research and development firm specializing in exploring psychedelics as potential alternative medicinal treatments. In addition, he serves as a board member for various publicly traded companies. Mr. Shacker obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration with Honors, with a focus on finance, from the Ivey Business School.

Mr. Goodman is an investor, institutional banker, senior executive and director that has been involved in several hundred million dollar acquisitions, exploration, and production financings for mining companies listed on the CSE and TSX-V. After several years at Canaccord Capital, he transitioned to investment banking in NYC working at firms including Casimir Capital, Knight Capital Group, KGS Alpha Capital Markets (now BMO) and StormHarbour Securities LP. Stephen is a graduate of the University of Western Ontario, and attained his MBA from the Institut des Hautes Etudes Economiques et Commerciales, in France.

Mr. Morris is an entrepreneur and capital markets executive with 20 years of experience raising funds for microcap companies in a number of industries including pharmaceutical cannabis, resource exploration, blockchain technologies, finance and business. Mr. Morris is CEO of Clear Sky Lithium Corp and former CEO and director of EAT Beyond Global Holdings Inc., Canada’s first publicly traded investment issuer specifically focused on investing in the future of food. Mr. Morris is also co-creator/producer of Canada’s first nationally syndicated radio show about growth stock opportunities.
